How to Make Seasoned Buckwheat Jelly, Making the Dressing, Seasoned Buckwheat Jelly with Kimchi

Hello, this is Our Day :)!
I've made and eaten a lot of seasoned acorn jelly.
This time, I tried mixing it with buckwheat jelly.
Buckwheat jelly made with savory buckwheat
Low in calories and with a soft texture
I like the refreshing taste
There are many people who enjoy buckwheat jelly.
It is different from acorn jelly
You can taste the nutty flavor.

It's good for your health, and
I'd say the more you eat, the more you can taste the natural flavor 🙂
It's good for dieting, and
It would be nice to enjoy a glass of makgeolli to set the weekend mood,
It tastes good even when eaten plain
I'm going to make seasoned kimchi jelly.

Preparing ingredients for seasoned buckwheat jelly
400g buckwheat jelly
2/3 cup kimchi
1 tablespoon of red pepper powder
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of sugar
Plum extract 1
Vinegar 1
Perilla oil 1
Whole sesame seeds 1

Because it contains kimchi
Because it adds a crispness that jelly lacks.
The texture is so good, too!
Blended with delicious seasoning
My chopsticks just kept going back for more.

I prepared it with domestic buckwheat jelly.

I just opened the lid
I could feel the bouncy texture.
It would be better if I made it myself, though.
When you go to the supermarket, it's full of great things like this :)

Please cut the jelly into bite-sized pieces.
When I was young, I wondered what on earth was so good about eating jelly.
I didn't understand,
As I get older, the taste of seasoned buckwheat jelly
I really figured it out now haha
Acorn jelly, mung bean jelly, buckwheat jelly
It means that each one has its own unique flavor.

Slice the jelly and add 1/2 spoon of salt to boiling water.
Please blanch it briefly and rinse it in cold water.
Up to the center of the rim of the buckwheat jelly
If it turns a dark color
Just take it out and rinse it in cold water.

Please finely chop the lettuce as well.

Please also finely chop the kimchi and prepare it.
Well-fermented sour kimchi and jelly
You can tell just how well they suit each other haha
A combination that is guaranteed to be delicious!

Now, I'll season it.
Please add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of sugar.

Plum syrup, vinegar, sesame oil,
Please also add 1 tablespoon of sesame salt.
It is already filled with a savory aroma.

Please add 2 tablespoons of red pepper powder.

Our Day :) used allulose instead of sugar.

After mixing the seasoning sauce evenly over the kimchi
Gently mix the buckwheat jelly.
Please also add finely chopped lettuce.
If you add crown daisy or dried seaweed flakes here
It's even tastier~
Even if you just mix sour kimchi and buckwheat jelly
It tastes really good with the sauce added.

Making seasoned buckwheat jelly is so easy, right? Heh.
Simple, yet the softness of buckwheat jelly and
The crunchiness of the kimchi is really good.
It's light and nutty, so I keep reaching for more.
Wow, this is totally the perfect pairing for makgeolli!
When eating spicy baby octopus,
When eating wild vegetable bibimbap
It is good as a side dish or as a snack.
And as a snack when you can't sleep during the long night
It’s a flavor you can enjoy without any pressure.

I prepared it for dinner,
I saw the bottom first, before anything else.
There are many different kinds of jelly at the supermarket.
With a simple recipe for seasoned buckwheat jelly
Enjoy the seasoned kimchi jelly!
I should try mukbap next time.
