Did you have a good week?
It's finally Saturday, the start of the long holiday we've been waiting for!
Everyone happy heartSaturday
I hope you get started!!

Even though I woke up on the weekend
Cozy leisure, snuggling under the covers
It makes me want to enjoy it... Is it just me? Hehe
Saturday morning, good enough to be a little lazy
Simple but delicious
French toast
How about trying to make it?
Crispy toast is good, but
With fluffier and softer French toast on the weekend
Let's enjoy a wonderful weekend brunch :)

French toast
The ingredients are simple and it's easy to make.
It’s embarrassing to call it cooking…
[ingredient]
bread
3 eggs
butter
milk
This is what is needed...
You actually don't need an exact recipe!
Just whisk the eggs and mix in a little milk.
It's a simple dish that you just fry in butter.
You can prepare it however you like!

It's such a simple toast recipe, isn't it?

I like to eat thick slices, so
I bought a whole loaf of bread.

Cut it to the thickness I like.
I divided it into four parts!
You can just cut it in half, and it's convenient to eat.
Cut into 4 pieces for easy grilling!
already French toast 50% complete~!
If you prepare sliced bread
It would be simpler, right?? Haha

Please beat the eggs in a large bowl you have prepared.
I'm going to put sliced bread inside here.
I like a generously large size for the ball!

Actually, this part can be omitted.
I... to make the egg mixture softer
I added a little milk.
If you put too much, the bread absorbs the egg mixture.
It might not cook well, so
Please pour in just a little bit.

Add milk and mix well to remove any membranes.
For those who want to enjoy a softer texture
You can strain it through a sieve as well!
However, I prefer simple meals, so
I skipped straining it!

This is my favorite time.
Place butter on a sufficiently heated pan and melt it.
From this point on, the aroma of butter wafted in the air.
I feel good starting Saturday morning... haha

If you turn the heat too high, the butter might burn, so
Please reduce the heat to medium-low.

When the butter starts to melt, the bread
Please soak thoroughly in the egg mixture :)
Front, back, and even the sides… ^^

In a frying pan emitting a lovely buttery aroma
Place the bread on top and toast all sides thoroughly.
Your mouth is watering already, isn't it?
It's almost done now.

I also prepared fruit to go with the French toast.
Bananas and strawberries 🙂
A fantastic brunch menu just like this^^

Beautifully plate the finished French toast~~~
I think stacking them roughly looks pretty.

Next to the cut fruits
Shh
Doesn't it look so pretty?

Drizzle a little maple syrup over the French toast as well.
We can't leave out fragrant coffee, right?

Gently~
Doesn't it look like snow is falling?
I even sprinkled a little powdered sugar on top.
Home cafe brunch time~~@@!!!

Ta-da!
And so, a delicious and simple weekend brunch
I finished making the French toast 🙂

The long holiday starts today.
I hope you all have a great day today happinessto do
I hope you get started!
To do that, delicious for me
How about trying to make a meal? Haha.
Have a happy holiday!
Thank you 🙂
