The New World of Stir-fried Ramen: Omur Ramen / A New Ramen Dish
Hello, this is Today's Day :). Would you like to grab some ramen? You all like ramen, right? It's hard to find someone who dislikes ramen...
hello
Today's day :)
Would you like to have some ramen before you go?

You all like ramen, right?
It would probably be harder to find someone who dislikes ramen... haha
It is considered Korean soul food.
It is difficult to find substitute foods.
Korean ramen, in particular, tastes truly superb.
I have a weak stomach, so actually every time I eat
My head keeps saying no...
There are many times when I'm already eating with my mouth...
Anyway, because of my love for ramen,
I ended up developing this recipe as well.
Today, I'm having Omurice Ramen, which I developed myself :)
Let me introduce you.
I'm a total noodle lover, you know.
So I prefer noodles to rice.
One day OmuriceWhile eating
I changed the omurice.
OmuriceIf you try making it like this
I thought about what it might be like.
The savory taste of the egg and the spicy taste of the ramen
When combined, it can't possibly taste bad.
So I tried making something called Omuryeomyeon.
Not ramen with broth, but without broth
I tried making it with scrambled eggs, like stir-fried ramen.
A super delicious ramen was born!
So I quickly brought you a recipe.
So, I'll share the recipe right now!! 🙂

🍜 [Ingredients]
1 pack of Shin Ramyun Dry Noodles,
1/2 green onion,
1/4 onion
5 cloves of garlic
2 eggs
1 spoonful of red pepper powder
1/2 spoon of curry powder

Please finely chop the green onions.

Please thinly slice the garlic and onion as well.

Crack two eggs!

Season with salt

Shake it, shake it
Please stir vigorously.

In boiling water

Please add Shin Ramyun and the dried vegetable packet.

Then add half of the soup base and boil it.

Please drain the noodles separately.
Shin Ramyun dried noodles are chewy like freshly made noodles, and
It's thin, so it's good for making stir-fried ramen.

After coating a frying pan with oil while the noodles are boiling
Sauté the chopped green onions to release their aroma.

When the aroma of green onion oil wafts up
Add the sliced garlic and onions
Please stir-fry until golden brown.

If you add red pepper powder and stir-fry, it acts as chili oil.

Please add the curry powder and stir-fry well.

Coat one side of the pan with oil, then pour in the beaten eggs.

Please scramble the eggs once they are slightly cooked.

Add the boiled ramen
Add the remaining half of the ramen seasoning packet.
Please stir-fry them together.

Please stir-fry so that the noodles are well seasoned.

If you thinly slice the scallions and add them as a garnish
Omurice is complete!
It tastes good sprinkled on top of peanut powder.

Omurice ramen personally developed by Today's Day:)!
Doesn't it look super easy?
I like ramen, so I make it in various ways.
I tried it and it was delicious, so I'm recommending it to you.
It doesn't taste very much like instant food.
It's stir-fried ramen.
It’s good enough to be called a dish… haha
It's simple, but tastes great.

I hope you all give it a try too.
I hope you enjoy it! Haha
