It's our day :)
My cousin made this for me when I went to the U.S. a long time ago.
I can't forget the tomato spaghetti.
I whipped it up quickly and simply without any special ingredients.
It was so delicious.
Maybe that's why I miss the taste from back then, so at home
I often make and eat this.

I've tried using various types of tomato pasta sauces.
Fontana Bolognese suits my taste
It has a rich and deep umami flavor.
It was so delicious.

So, let's have a simple and delicious day :)
I'm going to make tomato pasta, spaghetti~~!!!

Making spaghetti
[ingredient]
300g minced beef
1 bottle of Fontana Bolognese Tomato Sauce
2-3 servings of linguine pasta
1 onion

Finely chop the onion and prepare it.
If you have button mushrooms, you can prepare them together.
Since I didn't have mushrooms today, I only added onions, but it was still good!!!

Our day as meat lovers was filled with lots of meat
I like spaghetti... haha
After melting 10g of butter in a pan,
Add the minced beef and stir-fry.
It doesn't matter if you add olive oil and stir-fry it.
The flavor of meat comes alive more when sautéed in butter, so
It's definitely delicious.

Once the meat is cooked to some extent, add the onions and stir-fry them briefly together.

Today's main tomato sauce: Fontana Bolognese
Pour in, and once it starts boiling, reduce the heat to medium.
Boil for another 2-3 minutes and it's done.
Since commercially available Fontana sauce is already a ragu sauce made by simmering for a long time,
It has the advantage of being able to be cooked and eaten in a short amount of time.
Even so, after simmering it over low heat for about 10 more minutes
I tend to eat that :)
Actually, since you just have to stir-fry it, making pasta
It's so easy, right? Haha
Even if you stop here, making spaghetti is complete, but
tooth
tooth
tooth

However, because I want a little more flavor
I added a lot of extra basil powder.
The flavor of tomatoes becomes much richer when mixed with basil.
And if you add 1-2 tablespoons of ketchup
It's really rich, and the umami flavor is absolutely amazing.
(When adding ketchup, use the sauce bottle left over after pouring the pasta)
Add about 1/4 of the water, and use up the remaining sauce.
It's good to pour it all in—use it instead of noodle water.
Simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes in this state.
Of course, it tastes good on its own, but if you like something rich and deep like me...
Please give it a try following the recipe above~~^^

When you don't have a pot to boil spaghetti noodles, like me
It’s perfect if you put it in a large frying pan and boil it.
After adding plenty of water and bringing it to a rolling boil
After adding 1 tablespoon of salt and a little oil
Spread out the spaghetti noodles and boil for 10 minutes.
After boiling, sprinkle a little olive oil.
Even if you mix them together, the pasta noodles stick to each other
I like that it doesn't stick.
The order is up to you... haha

When boiling pasta, I usually boil it for about 8 minutes.
The noodles I used today were linguine, so I boiled them for 10 minutes.
To check if it is cooked, take out a strand.
If you cut the tip of your fingernail and there is too much white core in the center
Boil it a little longer, and when it becomes slightly visible, it is cooked just right.
I like noodles that are well-boiled, so... haha
Please adjust the noodle cooking time to your preference.

Today, I used flat De Cecco linguine pasta, which has an excellent texture.
Because it is flat in shape, the pasta sauce
It absorbs well into the noodles and has a good texture.
I use it often.
(Usually goes better with vongole or cream pasta)
Please note that this is a noodle dish.
It is good to add the noodles to the sauce and stir-fry them together, but
Today, I’m going to pour the sauce over the noodles and mix them before eating.

After pouring the sauce, sprinkle Parmesan cheese.
I also sprinkled a little parsley powder on top.
The visuals turned out just as good as a restaurant's :)

~
And it tastes just as good... haha
Honestly, even if I were told to eat only pasta instead of rice every day...
I like it enough to eat it :)

Since I used a commercially available finished product, in a short amount of time
It's so great that I can whip it up in a snap :)
The taste! It's also tastier than most restaurants.
This is tomato spaghetti that I make often.
A dish for myself today
How about tomato pasta & tomato spaghetti?
