hello everyone!
Today, I am going to talk about one of the side dishes I often make.
I'll share the recipe for stir-fried anchovies with Korean chili peppers.

There are many of you who like this side dish, right?
I'm one of them, too.
Sometimes when I feel like it, I make it with gochujang.
I do eat it, but honestly speaking...
The one made with soy sauce is my favorite :)

That sweet and salty taste goes so well with rice,
Once I start eating, two bowls of rice are the minimum.
When you have no appetite, mix rice with cold water and eat this stir-fried anchovies
If you top it up and eat it, your appetite will explode! Haha.
Then, this delicious side dish,
I'll give it a try!!!
[ingredient]
200g anchovies
100g of shishito peppers
3 tablespoons of cooking oil
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of mirin
2 tablespoons of oligosaccharide
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1 tablespoon of whole sesame seeds

Preparing ingredients:
First, wash the shishito peppers thoroughly and remove the stems, then
Please cut it in half so it is easy to eat.

Put the anchovies in a preheated pan and cook over low heat
Lightly stir-fry to remove moisture and eliminate fishy odors.
Afterwards, strain the anchovies through a sieve to remove the powder.

Making the sauce:
In a bowl, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of mirin,
2 tablespoons oligosaccharide, 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Add 1 tablespoon of whole sesame seeds and mix well.
This will be our delicious sauce :)

Stir-frying anchovies:
Pour cooking oil into a pan and heat it over medium heat.
Once the oil is hot, add the Korean chili peppers and the pre-slightly stir-fried ingredients
Please add anchovies and stir-fry together.
You just need to stir-fry the shishito peppers until they are slightly wilted.
Please be careful not to burn it too much at this stage.
With the shishito peppers stir-fried in advance, [prepare] the seasoning sauce
If you add it, the seasoning will soak in better.
It's delicious~~

Adding seasoning sauce:
Add the prepared sauce and stir-fry while mixing well.
Add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and stir-fry.

Once the seasoning is evenly distributed, turn off the heat and add sesame oil one more time.
If you wrap it around, it will give off an even more savory aroma!
The stir-fried shishito peppers and anchovies are finished.

The crispness of the anchovies and the crunchiness of the shishito peppers
It blends together so well and is really delicious :)
In addition, the sweet yet salty seasoning
It whets the appetite, and this is it.
That is the reason it is called a "rice thief."
Stir-fried shishito peppers and anchovies are also highly nutritious.
Anchovies are rich in calcium, so they are good for bone health, and
Shishito peppers are rich in Vitamin C, so they help boost immunity
It helps. Also, because it is a low-calorie, high-protein food.
I also recommend this to those on a diet!

Tips for enjoying it even more:
1. Do not fry the anchovies for too long; fry them until crispy.
If you fry it for too long, it can become tough.
2. Do not overcook the shishito peppers; stir-fry them only lightly.
If you want to enjoy a crispy texture, it is best to cook it only slightly.
3. Please adjust the seasoning according to your preference.
If you want to eat it sweeter, use oligosaccharide.
If you want it saltier, you can add a little more soy sauce.
4. If you like spicy food, please add a little red pepper powder.
With the addition of a spicy kick, you can enjoy a whole new flavor.

Stir-fried anchovies with Korean chili peppers are really great as a side dish or as a snack to go with drinks.
It tastes especially good when eaten with a cold beer
It becomes double.
