3 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of tsuyu (skip if unavailable)
1/2 tablespoon of sugar
3 tablespoons of sesame powder
3 tablespoons of perilla oil

Buckwheat noodles, perilla oil, soy sauce, tsuyu (optional),
Sugar, sesame salt, dried seaweed flakes
Scallions are enough.

I had perilla leaves and cucumbers in the refrigerator, so I used them as a garnish.
I sliced it thinly and prepared it to use.
If you don't have it, you don't have to add it.

Finely chop the scallions.

Among this recipe
The key point is to grind whole sesame seeds and add them :)
Please put it in a blender or mortar and grind it.

Add the noodles to boiling water and cook for about 3-4 minutes
Please boil it.

When the foam boils up while boiling noodles
Pouring cold water makes the noodles chewier.
When you want to check if the noodles are cooked well
After picking up a strand and rinsing it in cold water
You'll know once you taste it.

After rubbing the boiled noodles in cold water to remove the starch,
Rinse and drain the water.
I rinsed it in ice water in the summer.
It's winter, so the water itself is cold, which is nice :)

You can see those bouncy noodles, right?
The noodles in bibim guksu must be chewy.
It's much tastier.

The seasoning sauce mixed with soy sauce, tsuyu, and sugar
After pouring it in, add perilla oil and mix.
Mmm... a fragrant and nutty aroma is filling the air~~

Sprinkle sesame powder over this and mix.

Buckwheat noodles and seaweed flakes in a bowl
After plating, garnish with shredded cucumber (optional, according to preference).
If you sprinkle finely chopped chives
It looks ordinary, but the taste is extraordinary!

It is savory but not spicy.
It's my favorite noodle dish.
At first, I wondered if the perilla oil would be greasy.
I was thinking about the slightly bitter buckwheat and
Salty seaweed and soy sauce added
Rather, a clean and light taste
It's so appealing that I keep wanting to eat it :)
Tip
Since dried seaweed flakes get soggy if you mix them
Just pick it up with chopsticks and eat it with the noodles
It tastes even better when you eat it~~~

I ate it with the dongchimi broth my mom gave me
That's a fantastic combination... haha

When buckwheat noodles meet perilla oil, the nutty flavor
You can't even speak.
Seaweed flakes and sesame seeds add flavor to it.
With that added, it's bound to be delicious … .
This is why many people eat soy sauce bibim guksu
I guess you just fall for the charm... haha
I enjoyed a delicious meal again today.
