How to make pickled cucumbers
[ingredient]
50 white cucumbers
10 cups of corn syrup
2.5 cups of sea salt
4 cups of vinegar
2 cups of soju

1. Washing and preparing cucumbers
Please wash the cucumbers thoroughly under running water.

After washing, dry thoroughly with a kitchen towel.
The key is removing it.
If moisture remains, it can become soft or mold may form.

2. Make the magic seasoning sauce in advance
This is the key point! 10 cups of corn syrup in a large bowl,
Add 2.5 cups of sea salt, 4 cups of vinegar, and 2 cups of soju all at once.
Please stir thoroughly so that the salt dissolves completely.

3. Pour the seasoning mixture over the cucumbers and press them down.
Please pack the drained cucumbers neatly into the kimchi container.
Use the magical seasoning sauce prepared on top without leaving a trace
Pour it in generously. Since the cucumbers may float at this stage,
You need to press it down gently with a heavy plate or a weight.
