20,000 won for delivery, 5,000 won at home — 12 menu items I frequently order
I came home after work and immediately opened the delivery app as soon as I sat on the sofa. I selected the menu, added it to my cart, and saw the total amount including the delivery fee, so I just turned it off. The money spent in one go is money, but I really don't like waiting for 30 minutes. If you wait 30 minutes for delivery, there are more menu options that are faster to make at home than you think, especially for street food. The twelve items listed below are the ones we often ordered at home, made by us at home in order of preference. The ingredient costs are based on the supermarket, so I buy them.
When I come in after work
As soon as I sat on the sofa, I opened the delivery app.
Select the menu and put it in the cart
See the amount including delivery fee
I just turned it off.
The money that goes out at once is also money.
I don't like waiting for 30 minutes anymore.
If it takes 30 minutes to wait for delivery
The menu that is faster to make at home
It's more than I thought
Especially snacks

The twelve below are
The things we often ordered at our house
This is the order I made at home.
The material cost is based on the supermarket standard.
It can vary depending on where you live.

1. Tteokbokki (15 minutes)
[2 servings] Water 500ml
[Seasoning]
gochujang (Korean red chili paste) 1.5 tablespoons, gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes) 1.5 tablespoons, 2 tablespoons of sugar,
dark soy sauce 1 tablespoon, corn syrup 1 tablespoon, minced garlic ½ tablespoon
Matching gochujang (Korean red chili paste) and gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes) one-to-one is
It is the benchmark for the taste of a fast food restaurant.
Just put gochujang (Korean red chili paste) in it, it gets thick.
gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes)If you only put gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes), there is no depth.
The order is also important.
Dissolve the seasoning completely in water first.
Remove the lumps first, then put the rice cakes in.
When it starts to boil, it takes 8 to 10 minutes.
Once the rice cake becomes transparent, it's done.
The scallions are only 30 seconds before turning off the fire.
If you put it in from the beginning, the scent will all disappear.
I put the marinade with the rice cake
gochujang (Korean red chili paste) because the lump won't release
I've had some slightly salty tteokbokki here and there.
2. Rose tteokbokki (15 minutes)
Reduce gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes) by 1 tablespoon from the above marinade
About 1/3 of the broth is milk or heavy cream.
Put the milk in at the end.
Don't boil it
Separated
3. Cheese ramen (15 minutes)
When the tteokbokki was almost finished
Add the ramen ingredients and cook for 3 minutes.
If the soup is insufficient, take a little water
Put the cheese on the end
Cover with the lid for 1~2 minutes

4. Pork ribs rice bowl (20 minutes)
[300g of meat]
1.5 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes) 1 tablespoon,
1 tablespoon of sugar, gochujang (Korean red chili paste) 1 tablespoon, 1 tablespoon of sake,
[HANKKI_TERM_0000] ½ tablespoon, oyster sauce ½ tablespoon
The sugar is first sprinkled on the meat.
After adding the seasoning, turn it down to medium heat.
If it's just one plate of jjajang rice that you order by delivery
At home, everyone eats a whole pack.
5. Steamed chicken (30 minutes)
[Ingredients]
One chicken, potatoes, carrots, onions, dangmyun
[Seasoning]
Soy sauce base with sugar, garlic, and water
I had prepared the seaweed beforehand.
Please put it in in the last 5 minutes.
If you put it in from the beginning, it spreads everywhere.
6. Tteokbokki (20 minutes)
[Ingredients]
Ham, sausage, kimchi, tofu, instant ramen ingredients
[Seasoning]
gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes), minced garlic, Korean soup soy sauce
If you slightly blanch ham and sausage in boiling water
The oil evaporates, and the broth becomes clear.
Before eating the ramen noodles
7. Dakgalbi (20 minutes)
[Ingredients]
Chicken thigh meat, cabbage, sweet potato, rice cake
[Seasoning]
Similar ratio to the pork ribs marinade
Because water comes out from the cabbage
You don't need to add water separately.

8. Spicy feeling stir-fry (20 minutes)
[Ingredients]
Chungkyung cabbage, mushrooms, sausage, cabbage
[Seasoning]
Commercial marination sauce
Put less than the amount shown on the label in the commercial sauce
Add more while checking your liver.
You can't undo it once you put everything in.
9. Braising chicken wings instead of marinated chicken (25 minutes)
[Ingredients]
Chicken wings, potatoes
[Seasoning]
gochujang (Korean red chili paste), soy sauce, maltose, garlic
Grilling on the fan without frying
Cook it with the seasoning
It tastes similar without the smell of oil.
Kimbap (20 minutes)
[Ingredients]
Rice, seaweed, egg roll, radish kimchi, meat slice, spinach
Spinach in boiling salted water for 30 seconds
If you burn it for a long time, water will form.
The kimbap gets soggy.
Please cool the rice down a bit before packing it.
11. Jajang rice (15 minutes)
[Ingredients]
Pork, onion, zucchini, potato
[Seasoning]
Pre-packaged chunjang or jajang sauce powder
Sautéing the onions enough to bring out the sweetness
It's the core of home cooking.
12. Frozen dumplings + broth (10 minutes)
Pour 3 tablespoons of water into the dumplings and cover with a lid.
Cooked with steam
If the water runs out, just drizzle a little oil around the bottom to make it crispy.
This method is only for delivery dumplings.
It's the most similar.
I'm not saying we should stop delivering at all.
But if you're going to wait 30 minutes
Among them, some of them are within that time.
It means coming out of the house.
Even if you only cook one tteokbokki
Friday evening will be comfortable.
The remaining logistics of the soup is refrigerated for three days,
Please eat the stir-fried dishes within the next four days.

Tonight, the one that most appeals to me is
What is it?
