If you just stir-fried a pack of mushrooms — 6 types of soups from doenkkejang soup to kalguksu

When you buy mushrooms, you often have days where you stir-fry them in a pan to eat. Today, try turning on the stove. When you dissolve sesame seeds, it becomes nutty, and when you dissolve doenjang, it becomes a familiar soup. Adding kalguksu noodles makes it a complete meal without any other side dishes. When you shred shiitake mushrooms into fine pieces and slice shiitake mushrooms thickly, the texture remains even after cooking in the broth. Below are the serving sizes for two people for each menu item. T is 15ml, and t is 5ml. Please refer to the cooking instructions in the public recipe for a convenient portion to use at home.
