100g rice noodles

2 tablespoons Sriracha hot sauce
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon minced garlic

Half a Cheongyang chili pepper
1.5 tablespoons of sugar

First, to put in the Yam Woon Sen
