Bolognese Spaghetti Recipe
(Commercial source upgrade)
[ingredient]
2 bottles of Bolognese sauce / 600g minced meat / 2 onions
10g butter / pepper (+basil powder)
(Optional) 1 cup tomato paste
pasta noodles

STEP 1) Put the meat in the pan first and stir-fry until brown (to infuse the meaty flavor)
STEP 2) Add onions and stir-fry together to enhance the sweetness.
STEP 3) Adding a piece of butter really brings the flavor to life!

STEP 4) Pour in 2 bottles of sauce and simmer over low heat for only 10 to 15 minutes.
STEP 5) (Optional) Tomato paste + Tomato ketchup
Even if you only add a spoon RealIt tastes good
You need to stir-fry the meat until it turns brown, not gray, for the flavor to develop.

Boil the noodles, place them on a plate, and add plenty of sauce.
Even store-bought sauce can taste like a party dish with just “meat + onion + time.”
Main 2.
Making Smoked Salmon Wreath Salad
(Responsible for Christmas/guest invitation visuals)
It’s not just delicious… it’s a dish that turns the table into a party.
[ingredient]
Salad greens / Smoked salmon / Bocconcini cheese
Parmesan cheese / Cherry tomatoes / Lemon zest
Sauce: Olive oil + Balsamic vinegar + Lemon juice + Salt + Pepper

STEP 1) Arrange the vegetables in a circle on a plate to make the ‘wreath’ first.

STEP 2) Slightly crumpling the smoked salmon makes it look more luxurious.
(I didn't have time today, so I cut it into bite-sized pieces.. haha)
STEP 3) Bocconcini here and there Poke at you like a ‘point’.

STEP 4) Sprinkle the Parmesan on at the end like snow~
STEP 5) Just a sprinkle of lemon zest makes the scent burst out.
STEP 6) Add the sauce right before eating! That way, the vegetables won't get mushy.
If you pour the sauce in advance, the wreath will sag quickly (the last 10 seconds!).
How to Make a Wreath Salad Prettier (For Beginners)
If the wreath salad looks pretty, the table turns into a "party."

Main 3.
How to Cook Steak + How to Rest
(No oven needed)
ingredient
Tenderloin/Sirloin / Salt / Pepper
Oil (or butter) / Rosemary

Steak is actually 'roast'see
**Time to rest(tissue)**this
It determines the taste.

STEP 1) Firmly wipe off the moisture with a kitchen towel!
Plenty of salt and pepper (herb spices)

STEP 2) Preheat the fan until a slight smoke is produced
Drizzle with oil and place the meat on it
STEP 3) Grill one side for 2–3 minutes (depending on thickness) and flip.
→ Add butter and rosemary and bast for 30 seconds

STEP 4) Turn off the heat, place on a cutting board, and let it rest for 5–8 minutes.
(If you don't do this, all the juices will leak out😭)
STEP 5) Slice against the grain, and add one more sprinkle of pepper at the end!
If the pan isn't hot enough, the outside won't hold.
It feels like “boiled meat.” Preheating is more than half the battle!

Main 4.
Shrimp Gambas Recipe + Baking Baguette
Gambas is just one dish... but the bread becomes the star.
ingredient
30 shrimp / Olive oil / Sliced garlic
1 spoonful of chicken stock / peperoncino / baguette

STEP 1) Slice the garlic generously (Gambas uses 70% garlic)

STEP 2) First, heat the oil and garlic over low heat to extract the aroma.
STEP 3) Adding 1 spoonful of chicken stock will significantly boost the umami flavor.
STEP 4) Add peperoncino to your liking (spiciness helps cut through the richness).

STEP 5) Add the shrimp last! Cook for only 1-2 minutes as soon as you put them in.
STEP 6) Lightly toast the baguette and dip it generously in oil to eat.
Shrimp becomes tough if cooked for too long. Short, fast!

Even though it didn't take much effort,
There is only one reason why the table looked like a “year-end party.”
① Boil the sauce in advance (time makes the flavor).
② Assemble the salad in the last 10 seconds
③ Finish the steak with a napkin.
If you follow just these three things, the probability of failure is almost zero.
And I'm curious 😆
What are your preferences, neighbors?

For a year-end meal, "combinations" are half the battle 😊
If I were the guest among today's 4 courses
What is the first thing you grab?
