hello
It's our day :)
Today, making salmon rice bowl in just 1 minute.
I'll whip up a sauce and enjoy a delicious meal.
The temperature was surprisingly high today for March.
Our day hoping for warm days to come soon :)
I'm in an exceptionally good mood :) Haha

When the weather starts to get warm
Light yet filling,
Not overwhelming, yet full of energy
I wanted to eat something.
So, the main ingredient I chose for lunch is salmon!
It feels a bit lacking to just eat it as is.
A satisfying meal is best enjoyed with a hearty meal.
I think it will work, so I'm going to try making it into salmon rice bowl.
Making Salmon Rice Bowl
[ingredient]
150g salmon (1-2 servings)
A little onion
A little bit of radish sprouts
A little wasabi
[sauce]
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of tsuyu (2 tablespoons of soy sauce if unavailable)
3 tablespoons of water
2 tablespoons of vinegar
2 tablespoons of sugar (adjust to taste)

Fresh salmon that can be eaten immediately
I prepared this~
I usually focus only on eating salmon even when I go to a buffet.
It's just our day :) haha

I’m going to make the key sauce for the salmon rice bowl.
I can make it in a minute... haha
I used to add onions and boil the sauce back then...
I think I'll stick with this recipe from now on...
1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon tsuyu, 3 tablespoons water, 2 tablespoons vinegar, 2 tablespoons sugar
Add and mix, and the sauce is complete.
You were surprised it was so simple, weren't you? Haha.
I had tsuyu at home so I used it, but if you don't have any...
You can substitute it with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.
The tsuyu has a slightly more umami flavor.
I used it~

The healthy omega-3 fatty acids of salmon and energizing carbohydrates
It was the perfect choice for feeling the best with this combination.. haha
Today, I will show you how to make it using a video instead of photos.
Because I bought fresh salmon that could be eaten right away
Slice only the onions to remove the spiciness
If you soak it in cold water for a while
The ingredients are all ready.
After pouring sauce over the rice, top with onions.
Arrange the salmon nicely in a circle.
Finally, top with wasabi sauce and finish with radish sprouts!!!
It looks easy and simple after watching the video, right? ^^ haha
It really is an explosion of flavor with every bite :)

The combination of salmon and rice is easy to prepare, so
A simple lunch at home on a busy day
It's a very good and healthy choice to eat :)
Especially because it is rich in high-quality protein
It made me feel full for longer!
Of course, the taste goes without saying... haha.
It's also very nutritious, so it's perfect for lunch!

On a warm spring day, to soothe hunger and boost energy
A delicious bowl of salmon rice is all you need :)
