It's our day :)
Do you like omurice?
I ate a lot of this when I was a student
It's a weekend morning that makes me crave omurice!
Omurice is a compound word of omelet and rice.
Sweet and salty ketchup and
Eating fried rice covered with a fluffy blanket of eggs
I couldn't have been happier :)

The omurice sold these days is very
It's been upgraded, right?
Many omurice specialty restaurants are also opening up…
Omurice with various recipes
It was developed and seems to be popular.
One of them is the one I introduced in my recipe.

🥕 Ingredients
1 bowl of rice
80g ham
1/4 onion
1/6 of a carrot
1/2 bell pepper
3 eggs
A pinch of salt
pepper
1 tablespoon of butter,
A little milk

Please finely chop the onion, carrot, and bell pepper.

Please cut the ham into the same size as the vegetables.
After generously coating a preheated frying pan with oil

Sauté the sliced ham first, then the onions and

Please add carrots and bell peppers and stir-fry them together.

Once the vegetables are stir-fried to some extent, please add the rice.

Please stir-fry the rice and vegetables until well mixed.

If you season with salt and pepper
to go into the omurice
The fried rice is finished.

Please solve the 3 eggs carefully.

Please strain it through a sieve to remove any egg membranes.
(Optional)

I'll add some milk for a fluffier texture too 🙂
Please sprinkle a little pepper as well.

Melt the butter in a preheated frying pan and

Please pour in the egg mixture.
Please stir it like scrambled eggs.
The difference from scrambled eggs is
Scrambled eggs are cooked by stirring vigorously.
If you stir this until it bubbles
Stop stirring and shape it!
For an even fluffier texture
You make it by whisking the eggs once or twice.
It looks like I'm cooking something amazing, right? Hahaha.

If it holds its fluffy egg shape like this
Push the frying pan to one side.
Please make the end into a crescent shape.

Pour the prepared fried rice over the egg.

Gently shape it and cover it with egg.
Here The tip is
Tilt the frying pan and use the curve at the edge
The key is to hold the egg shape!

Once the shape has taken form to some extent, immediately...
Keep close to the frying pan
Chop!
Please do that and turn it over.
Omurice that fits snugly on a single plate
It's easy to make, right?? Haha

Also, serve a salad to eat together.

If you put plenty of ketchup on it
Created as a wonderful one-bowl dish

If you take a big spoonful and eat it
fluffyThe soft texture of an egg
Just as you start to feel it… a moment later
friedhmmriceIt comes out with a "Ta-da!"
With the addition of the sweet and sour taste of tomato ketchup
It's a moment that makes your mouth happy :)
Sometimes this childish palate comes back
The food I liked when I was young
There are times when I crave it.
Whenever that happens, I remember the taste of childhood memories
I make and eat this sometimes 🙂
Especially for a quick stir-fry on a weekend lunch
Omurice, a dish served in a single bowl
I highly recommend it!!!
