3 tablespoons sand lance fish sauce (anchovy fish sauce)

1 tablespoon of corn syrup

Making the sauce
2 tablespoons gochujang, 6 tablespoons red pepper powder, 3 tablespoons anchovy sauce,
4 tablespoons sugar, 5 tablespoons plum extract, 2 tablespoons minced garlic
Add 6 tablespoons of vinegar and mix well to make the sauce.
It tastes better if you make it a day in advance and let it mature.
This seasoning sauce determines the taste of the vinegar-marinated squid.
That's the key point 🙂

Pickling radish
To the radish cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons sea salt, 2 tablespoons sugar
Add 6 tablespoons of corn syrup and 4 tablespoons of vinegar
Marinate for about an hour.

Put the well-pickled radish in a bag and squeeze out the water tightly.
Then, this crunchy and crispy pickled radish is complete.

First, let the color soak into the pickled radish well.
I'll add 2 tablespoons of red pepper powder and mix it in.

Wash the squid thoroughly, remove the innards, and
Please peel the skin.
Blanching squid
Add water and cooking wine to a pot, and when it boils, add the cleaned squid
Put it in and blanch for 2 minutes.
Once the squid curls up, take it out immediately and let it cool.
If you do this, the squid won't become tough.
It maintains a chewy texture.
Cut the blanched squid into bite-sized pieces.

Please also prepare the vegetables for the vinegared salad.
Cut the scallions into 4-5cm lengths, and julienne the onion.
Please prepare this. Finely chop the Cheongyang peppers, and the red peppers.
Remove the seeds and slice thinly.

In a large bowl, add the boiled squid, pickled radish, and prepared vegetables.
Add everything and pour in the prepared sauce.
Please mix well.
Finally, sprinkle with sesame seeds and it's done!

Ah… would you like a bite?🦑
Spicy, sour, and sweet, your taste buds
I'm going to provoke you... haha
With added umami, once you taste it
It cannot be stopped.

When a greasy feeling washes over you after eating galbi-jjim or jeon,
Just one bite of the vinegar-seasoned squid refreshes your mouth, and
Before I knew it, another bite, another bite...
You will fall under the spell of an irresistible taste :)

Squid vinegar salad takes about 30 minutes to 1 hour.
If you let it age, the seasoning penetrates well, making it even more delicious.
Adding balloon flower root provides an even crunchier texture.
You can enjoy a healthy taste.
Adding thinly sliced pears or cucumbers gives it a refreshing taste
You can enjoy an even crunchier taste with the addition of this.
Enjoy making and eating this :)
