At the convenience store triangle gimbap aisle
Have you ever looked only for the taste of green onion salt?
These days on social media
This rice ball is causing quite a stir.
I tried making it and the ingredients
It's ridiculously simple.
One green onion, one piece of butter
That is pretty much everything.

Ingredients (2 rice balls)
2 bowls of rice, 1 green onion
1 piece of butter, 1 pinch of salt
1 tsp sesame oil, whole sesame seeds
1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp tuna extract
1 sheet of seaweed
How to make it

Finely chop the green onions
In a pan with melted butter
Stir-fry for exactly 30 to 40 seconds.
It's not about cooking the green onions.
It's just adding the butter flavor.
If you fry it for too long, the aroma fades.
I also stir-fried it until golden brown the first time, but
So just
It turned into a scallion oil rice ball.
Put rice in a bowl
Butter-flavored green onions
A pinch of salt, sesame oil, whole sesame seeds
Add soy sauce and tuna sauce to this
Add only 1 ton at a time and mix.
These two are the secret to the umami flavor.
Lightly roast the seaweed over the fire
After making it crispy
Just pack the rice tightly and wrap it up, and you're done!
Three applications

If you hide the fried egg inside
Children's version
If you wrap it in perilla leaves instead of seaweed
Adult drinking table version
If you wrap it in plastic wrap and freeze it like in the last episode
It becomes the morning version.

The taste of the food I used to buy at the convenience store
It comes from one green onion.
A day with lots of green onions left
You should definitely give it a try.
