Sunday 1 hour Milprep — 10 side dishes that end your worry about daily side dishes
Even when I take a break on Sunday evening, I suddenly think of it. "What should I make for side dishes tomorrow again?" I also think about this every Sunday...
Even while taking a break on Sunday evening
I suddenly think of it.
"What kind of side dish will I make tomorrow again?"
I also have this dilemma every Sunday
From some point on, I completely spend an hour on Sundays.
I decided to set it as the time for making side dishes.
These days, they call it Milprep,
After trying it, it's not that big of a deal.
The side dishes we originally used to make
It's just that you set the order and do it all at once.

If you make it once
From Monday to Friday
Just take it out of the refrigerator.
Instead, keep the side dishes in the refrigerator for each one.
Because the day to keep up is different,
I eat from the shortest ones like vegetables.
Stewed and stir-fried dishes should be served in the order they are eaten in the second half of the meal.
Just knowing this sequence will make you throw it away.
There are no side dishes left.

Spinach salad (~Wednesday)
1 bunch of spinach (300g), 1 tsp of salt
Korean soup soy sauce 1t, minced garlic ⅓t, sesame oil 1t, clean
Add salt to boiling water and
Just blanch the spinach for 30 seconds.
I was also burned badly in the past,
The color fades when it exceeds 30 seconds.
There was water in the storage while I was keeping it.
Rinse it immediately with cold water and squeeze it out thoroughly.
Just mix it with the seasoning and it's done.
Vegetables are limited to 2-3 days in the refrigerator.
We take it out first on Monday and Tuesday evenings.
Bean sprouts salad (~Wednesday)
Bean sprouts 1 pack (300g)
Salt ½t, chopped green onions and garlic, sesame oil 1t, sesame seeds
Boil in boiling water for 3~4 minutes,
If you open and close the lid in the middle of cooking
It smells like something dirty.
I would like to start by opening the lid.
Open it all the way and live.
Just rinse it with cold water, drain the water, and chop it.
Stir-fried zucchini (~Wednesday)
1 zucchini, ½T shrimp paste, minced garlic ⅓t, sesame seeds
Sliced with a crescent moon and oiled on a fan
Sauté with high heat for 3 minutes and season with shrimp paste.
I kept frying it more because I was sorry
Since the water in the container has been wet a few times,
I turn off the light when I think it's a little less cooked now.
It's still cooking over the heat.
Fried kimchi (for a week)
Fresh kimchi 300g, sugar ½T, edible oil 2T,
sesame oil a little
Sauté kimchi in oil for 5 minutes.
Balance the sourness with half a tablespoon of sugar.
Turn off the light and sesame oil a quarter turn.
If you make it all and put it in the pot while it's hot
Because the kimchi is cold and it gets hot quickly.
I spread it on a wide plate and let it cool down before putting it in.

Drug egg omelette (5 days)
6 eggs, 1 green chili pepper, minced garlic ½T, scallions
Soy sauce 5 : water 10 : sugar 2 (tablespoons)
If you boil eggs in boiling water for 7 minutes, they are soft-boiled.
The marinade is boiled once
It needs to be completely cooled and poured,
I quickly blew it with a hot temper
Because half-finished has been fully completed before
Now, I make the marinade first and then boil the eggs.
If you sleep for a day, the liver will get a little swollen.
Braised potatoes (5 days)
2~3 potatoes (400g), ½ onion
Soy sauce 3T, oligosaccharide 1.5T, minced garlic ½T, water 1 cup
Soak the diced potatoes in cold water for 10 minutes.
Remove all the grains from the beginning.
And before cooking, we fry the outside once in the oil,
From doing these two things
The potato didn't break.
Cook with seasoning and water until it thickens, then it's ready.

Leftover anchovy stir-fry
Leftover sardines 150g, edible oil 2T, a handful of nuts
Soy sauce 1T, oligosaccharides 2T, sugar ½T
Sauté only the anchovies in a dry pan for 2~3 minutes first.
It smells foul.
Add oil, soy sauce, and sugar and stir-fry
After turning off the fire, I mix the oil and sugar,
I used to put the upload on the fire once
When it got cold, the anchovies clumped together like a lump.
I have eaten it with chopsticks.
After that, I always turn off the fire and put it in.
Jingmi vegetable stir-fry
Jinmichae 200g, soju 2T
gochujang (Korean red chili paste) 2T, oligosaccharide 2T, water 2T, mayonnaise 1T
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of soju on the ginseng slices.
Please just sleep for 10 minutes.
It becomes much softer than when it's soaked in water.
Cook the marinade in the pan first
If you turn off the light and mix the ginseng with the vermicelli
It doesn't get tired even if you take it out a week later.

Egg and mushroom braising
Boiled duck eggs 600g, 1 sheet of dried kelp, red pepper
1.5 cups of water, ⅔ cups of soy sauce, ⅔ cups of sugar
Boil the seasoning, then add the mung bean seeds.
Cook until only ⅓ of the broth remains in medium heat.
If you cook it too hot, it gets more spicy the longer it cooks,
Turning off the lights when you feel a bit bored
It's exactly right to eat it on the 5th day.
We will harvest the seaweed in 10 minutes.
Cucumber pickle (2 weeks)
3 cucumbers
Water : vinegar : sugar = 1 : 1 : 1 (each 1 cup),
Boil the pickled vegetables with ½T of salt
When the sun cucumber is hot, just squeeze it and that's it.
I put this in the very back of the refrigerator,
When all the side dishes are gone in the middle of the week
It's the last treasure to be taken out.
Since it's going to be up to two weeks, even until next week.
It's reassuring.

If it looks like there are many 10
Start with six or seven dogs you eat often.
I also started with two vegetables,
I started with one jar of kimchi.
Storage is inside the refrigerator.
(The temperature on the door is fluctuating),
Dry chopsticks when you eat less —
Just following these two things will take a week.
The next episode is the morning of the new school year.
I will continue with Milprep.
