A super simple dish to whet your appetite! Special Curry ^^ Making Curry! / Saladmaster

A dish that even a new bride can easily follow, and is perfect for adding flavor. Curry.
Indian curry is delicious, and Japanese curry is delicious too, but
Filled with square vegetables
I think homemade curry tastes the best haha.
It comes to mind especially on weekends…
I'll introduce a curry recipe that enhances the flavor even more.

Today's ingredients

Potatoes, pumpkins, tomatoes, onions
A cup of milk and Baekse Curry
Beef sirloin
So... let's start cooking!

Slice the tomatoes quickly and get ready.

Neatly diced vegetables.
When making curry, if you cut the vegetables too small, a lot of them get chipped away while you stir them during cooking.
So if you cut them too small, tiny pieces of vegetables will be left over later haha.
So, if you cut it into pieces that seem slightly large, it turns out to be just right.
The crimson color is so pretty!
Cut the sirloin into bite-sized pieces and prepare it.

Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and cook the tomatoes first.
If you put it in a Salad Master and cook it,
The advantage is that the tomato skin peels off thinly!!
Add all the diced vegetables and meat
Set the Salad Master to 230 degrees and cook until it makes a jingling sound.

Mix the curry powder with warm water.
Mix well with the cooked vegetables.
I didn't add any water other than the water I used to loosen the curry!
Because the Salad Master cooks the vegetables as they are without evaporating their moisture.
The texture is great, and you don't need to add water separately haha.
Instead of adding water, pour in milk
You just need to adjust the consistency and flavor of the curry well.
Pretty vegetables that cooked perfectly without losing moisture hehe
I haven't had much of an appetite lately, so I've been making do with something simple...
As expected, curry is the best for whetting your appetite.

Today's Recipe Highlights *
1. Add milk instead of water.
You can make a curry with a soft texture.
2. Tomatoes over carrots
Actually, I don't really eat carrots even when I put them in curry...
The tomatoes become soft and mushy, which actually makes them better to eat.
I am happy thanks to your warm comments and likes.
