[ingredient]
150g of glass noodles
100g beef bulgogi
50g of chives
1/2 carrot
1/4 onion
A little bit of mushrooms
1/2 bell pepper (yellow, red)
[Japchae Sauce]
3 tablespoons soy sauce, 1.5 tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoon grapeseed oil, sesame oil, sesame salt



Cut the chives into 5cm intervals, and julienne the onion and carrot.



Please slice the bell peppers and mushrooms as well.
Add soy sauce and sesame oil to the beef
Please mix it well by hand.
It tastes even better with bulgogi seasoning.

Grease the frying pan
Add onions and carrots in that order and stir-fry, then
Add the remaining vegetables and stir-fry (a pinch of salt).


Please stir-fry the meat and mushrooms as well.


I'm going to make japchae sauce.
3 tablespoons soy sauce, 1.5 tablespoons sugar


Add 1 tablespoon of grapeseed oil, sprinkle with pepper, and mix.


Please soak the glass noodles in cold water for at least 30 minutes in advance.
Please boil the soaked glass noodles in boiling water for about 3 to 5 minutes.
(It may vary depending on the soaking time.)
Drain the boiled glass noodles.
Put the japchae sauce in a frying pan and boil it.
Please add well-cooked glass noodles.
The japchae sauce soaks into the glass noodles, so they don't get soggy even when cooled down later.
It turns out bouncy and very delicious.



Pre-fried meat and on top of seasoned glass noodles
Add the mushrooms and stir-fry them lightly.

Finally, the remaining fried
Please add all the vegetables and mix well.
If you add plenty of sesame oil and sesame seeds
The japchae that both children and adults love is complete!
