Something simple yet delicious for weekend lunch
Jajangbap I made because I wanted to eat it!
Based on Chef Lee Yeon-bok's recipe
It's about making Gan Jjajang.
First of all, I was really, really satisfied with the taste!

Making Jajangbap
[ingredient]
200g pork neck
Cocktail shrimp
1 zucchini
1 1/2 onions
1/5 cabbage
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
0.5 tablespoons minced ginger
cooking oil
1 pack of commercially available Ottogi Truffle Gan Jjajang
Fried egg

First, let me introduce the ingredients.
Pumpkin, onion, cabbage, shrimp, Ottogi Gan Jjajang,
And I prepared beef~~
This combination already sounds delicious, doesn't it? Haha.
I tried making it following Chef Lee Yeon-bok's recipe,
It was really simple yet delicious.
So, shall we make it now?

First, I will prepare the vegetables.
Please cut the pumpkin, onion, and cabbage into appropriate sizes.
Cut the beef into small pieces.

Heat a pan, add cooking oil, and stir-fry the minced beef.
Once the beef is cooked to some extent, add the prepared vegetables and stir-fry them together.
When the vegetables are almost wilted, add the shrimp and stir-fry briefly.
Now for the important step! Ottogi Gan Jjajang
Please add and mix well.

Finally, add an appropriate amount of water
Boil it until it thickens, and the Gan Jjajang is complete!
Ah... if you fry an egg and put it on top too...
Taste and visuals upgraded!!!

Place the Gan Jjajang sauce made this way on warm rice
Just upload it and you're done… ..! Really simple, right?
One of Chef Lee Yeon-bok's tips is to add plenty of vegetables.
If you include a lot of vegetables, it is good for your health, and
It adds to the deep flavor of the Jjajang.
And one more thing! When making Gan Jjajang sauce
It's really delicious if you add shrimp.
The umami of the shrimp enhances the overall flavor.
They upgrade it for you.

If you try a bite of the Jajangbap made this way
It's definitely delicious... haha
Since I make it at home, it is hygienic, and the ingredients are also
I liked that I could put whatever I wanted in it.
It's simple, so it's perfect for a weekend lunch.

I'm going to fail, especially since I'm following Chef Lee Yeon-bok's recipe
There were no worries, and you know the taste is guaranteed, right? Haha.

And one more tip! When making Jajangbap, the rice is
Please make it a little thick.
That way, it blends well with the Gan Jjajang sauce.

Modify it slightly to suit your taste
I think it would be good to watch.
For example, I personally add a little more onion.
The sweetness of the onions makes the flavor of the jjajang even richer.
I highly recommend the Jajangbap made this way.
Try making this on the weekend while saying, "I'm the chef!"
Because it is simple, delicious, and nutritious.
