A little bok choy

(You can adjust the amount.)
150ml soy sauce
300ml of water
1/2 cup (100ml) of cooking wine
2 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of plum syrup
5 peperoncinos
1/2 onion
1 to 2 pine mushrooms

Cut off the bottom of the bok choy.

Please cut it in half.

Cut the onion in half, then

Please slice half of it a little thick.
I'm going to use the thick onions to make teriyaki sauce.

Please slice 1/4 very thinly.
I'm going to put it on top of the chicken teriyaki rice bowl.

Please finely chop the green onions.

After removing the skin from the chicken thigh meat

Please cut it into bite-sized pieces.
