Draft it in just 5 minutes! Making simple and delicious soybean noodle soup!
Today, especially using store-bought Jeongseong Foods soy milk, it's super simple.
Let me introduce you to a recipe~
It is sometimes made by grinding soybeans or tofu, but,
The commercially available products these days are so good
Even I, who am obsessed with soybean noodle soup, use this method
I make and eat this often.

Making Soybean Noodle Soup
[ingredient]
Commercially Available Jeongseong Foods Soy Milk 950ml (Serves 2-3)
Buckwheat noodles, 2-3 servings
1 cucumber
2~3 cherry tomatoes (optional)
A little salt

First, please prepare commercially available Jeongseong Foods soy milk.
About 500ml is enough for one serving.
Keep the soy milk cold in the refrigerator.
You know how to use it, right? Haha.

First, wash the cucumber thoroughly and slice it thinly.
I add it as a garnish, and I add a lot.
I like eating :)
When julienning cucumbers, exclude the seeds.
It tastes better if you slice it, but...
It's hot, so I just quickly sliced it up.

Next, it's time to boil the buckwheat noodles.
Put the buckwheat noodles in boiling water and follow the instructions on the package
Please boil it according to the timer. Usually, about 4-5 minutes is enough.
Rinse the boiled noodles in cold water to remove the starch.
Please drain the water.

I tried a sip of the black bean broth first.
It's rich and very nutty.

Put the boiled buckwheat noodles in a bowl.
Please pour in the chilled soy milk.
Top with shredded cucumber, and the basic soybean noodle soup is complete!
You can also cut cherry tomatoes in half and place them on top, depending on your preference.
No tomatoes today, so I'll pass.

Finally, season with salt to your liking.
The soybean soup might be a little bland, so
Add it little by little and taste.
Personally, I use flower salt instead of regular salt.
It tastes even better when used!

Soybean noodle soup made like this is really simple, isn't it?
It's not too thick, and not too watery.
The broth has just the right consistency and is smooth.
There are buckwheat noodles, crunchy cucumbers, and nutty sesame seeds.
With the addition, my mouth is filled with happiness.
It feels like I'm getting healthier while eating, you know? Haha.

The refreshing coolness of the cold broth going down the throat,
The nutty aroma of beans and the chewy texture of the noodles
Feel each and every one

Cool and savory without a complicated process
It’s so great to be able to enjoy soybean noodle soup :)
It is especially perfect for busy office workers or students.
When you get hungry before going to work in the morning or while studying
You can make and eat it quickly.

I noticed that the amount of salt and sugar varies by region!
I seasoned it with salt.
Want something sweet? Try adding sugar.
You can enjoy sweet soybean noodle soup.
