It's our day :)
I used to make homemade food for my mom.
Maybe it's because I grew up eating tomato spaghetti
I don't really like eating out.
So, I usually tend to make pasta myself.
It's not difficult since you're making it with store-bought sauce.
You should give it a try too!

Tomato spaghetti sauces available on the market are
It can be broadly divided into two types.
The first one tastes sweet and sour like ketchup
The meatball sauce has a strong meaty flavor and is on the spicy side.
The second is a mild taste rather than a sour taste.
With the characteristic rosé pasta sauce, cream sauce and
Because it is made by mixing tomato sauce
It has a soft and nutty flavor.

You can choose according to your preference, but personally,
I like rich-flavored tomato pasta sauce :)
Bolognese made with plenty of minced meat
I'm going to make spaghetti.

5~6 servings
[ingredient]
300g minced beef
Pasta sauce (2 store-bought packets)
A little basil powder
500g of spaghetti noodles
15g butter
pasta cooking time: 11 minutes
(Water, salt, olive oil)

First, remove the blood from the meat with a kitchen towel.

Finely chop the onion as well.

After melting a little olive oil + 15g of butter,
Please add the minced beef and stir-fry.
(Sautéing meat with butter enhances the flavor.)
A little pepper, too~

Basically, various ingredients such as onions, mushrooms, and bacon
Ingredients are added, depending on preference
It's also delicious if you add seafood like shrimp or squid.
Especially if you put shrimp in the shell, the umami flavor comes alive.
You can make much tastier tomato spaghetti.
But today, Bolognese pasta with plenty of beef
I'm going to make it, so I'll only put onions and meat in the ingredients.
Stir-fry.

After adding Fontana tomato pasta sauce to the sautéed meat,
Pour a little water into the sauce bottle to finish the remaining sauce.
Pour it all in and boil it.
(Since I'm going to simmer it over low heat for a while, if it boils down
Since it can be salty, if you add a little water and boil it for a long time
It's much tastier.
If you added a lot of water, add 1-2 tablespoons of ketchup
Adding this upgrades the flavor!!!

Please add basil powder to your liking and boil it.

Pasta boiling time
If you add salt and olive oil to the water for boiling noodles
The noodles are cooked to be even more bouncy and do not stick together,
It also makes it much easier to adjust the seasoning later.
It's convenient to cut the pasta in half before adding it :)

Generally, 1-2 servings take about 8 to 10 minutes.
Boiling is appropriate, but
Since I was boiling a large amount, I boiled it for 11 minutes.
(According to your preference~~)
Do not rinse in cold water after boiling
It is best to leave it as it is.
That way, the noodles become firm and the texture improves.
Also, if you drizzle a little olive oil...
You can enjoy it even more deliciously.
If you add boiled noodles to the sauce and cook them a little longer
Please shorten the noodle boiling time by 1-2 minutes.

Simmer the spaghetti sauce over low heat for quite a while (about 20 minutes).
The key point is to boil it!
Make sure it doesn't stick in between.
Please rummage through it!
I also had a few meatballs left in the freezer.
I had it, so I put it in and boiled it together.

On top of well-cooked, al dente spaghetti noodles
Pour the sauce over it and sprinkle some parsley flakes on top…
The appealing sweet, sour, and rich flavor
The tomato pasta is finished.

As expected, homemade spaghetti is the best.
It's perfect for my taste.. haha
