Saturday dinner is a table of bossam - from boiled pork to 7 types of mu-sengchae and makguksu
When eating bossam, you often spend a lot of time on the side dishes next to the meat. A few spoonfuls of crunchy radish salad, a few pieces of crisp onion. Eating together makes it less overwhelming. There are six side dishes to accompany one bossam. You can pick from the vegetables you have at home without having to prepare everything. The basic portion is for two people, and the side dishes are the amount to be served with the rice. The other amounts are listed separately. T is a 15 ml measuring spoon, t is a 5 ml measuring spoon. The amounts are organized for household use, so some seasoning is left behind.
