Green tea buckwheat noodles 250g
1/3 cucumber
1/5 of a Korean melon
Perilla leaves
1 slice of ham or bacon
Pink pepper (optional)
[sauce]
2 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of brown rice vinegar
1 tablespoon of sugar
1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
Now, let me introduce the recipe in earnest.
How to make:

First, please boil the green tea buckwheat noodles.
Once the water boils, add the noodles and cook for only about 40 seconds.
Please be careful not to boil the noodles for too long, as they may become mushy.
Rinse the boiled noodles in cold water to cool them down, and be sure to squeeze out the excess water.

Please mix all the sauce ingredients to make the sauce.
Please stir vigorously so that the peanut butter dissolves well.

Please julienne the cucumber and slice the Korean melon into thin half-moon shapes.
Cut the bacon into small pieces and fry it until crispy.

Pour the sauce over the prepared noodles and mix well.
Place the mixed noodles in a pretty bowl, and top with cucumber, Korean melon, and bacon.
Finally, finely julienne the perilla leaves and sprinkle with pink pepper to finish!

The charm of this dish is, above all, the green tea buckwheat noodles and
It's a harmony of peanut butter. The nuttiness of buckwheat,
