This is Han-Kki Gongjakso~~~
Today, a good, delicious, and simple meal
I'm going to make a super simple Jajangbap.
Using Ottogi solid ganjjajang
Anyone can easily make it.
If you follow along, you can easily do it at home.
You can enjoy delicious Jajangbap.

A hearty meal amidst a busy daily life
Time to think, something anyone can easily create
I often think of the menu.
In particular, I like curry and jajangbap the most.
It reminds me of something
I also use the ingredients I have in the refrigerator.
It's simple to make, so
For a delicious meal
It's perfect :)

Furthermore, if you make it in advance and store it in the refrigerator
Take it out conveniently whenever needed
It's good that you can eat it.
Shall we make Jajangbap for lunch today? Haha
Making Jajangbap
[Ingredients] 4 servings
Ottogi Solid Jjajang 6 Pieces
150g minced beef
2 onions
1 potato
1/2 pumpkin
500m of water
3 tablespoons of cooking oil

It’s hardly a recipe, but,
I'll have to prepare the ingredients, right?
Wash the onions, potatoes, and pumpkins thoroughly.
Chop into small pieces and prepare.

Today's main ingredient is Ottogi Solid Gan Jjajang!
No need to mix with water separately, just put it in.
It is very simple to make and
It tastes great, so I use it often 🙂

Usually pork is used, but,
I had ground beef in the refrigerator, so
I used it~
First, olive oil in a preheated pan
Lightly drizzle and stir-fry.

When the meat is slightly cooked, add onions, potatoes, and pumpkin.
Stir-fry together.

Once the vegetables are stir-fried to some extent
Pour in water and boil it.

Once the potatoes are cooked, add Ottogi solid jjajang.
Boil it.

At this point, so that the solid jjajang dissolves well
Please stir.
Boil over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes, then
When the concentration becomes appropriate
Turn off the heat and put it in a bowl.

If you put the black bean sauce made like this on top of the rice
A delicious and hearty Jajangbap is complete.
Take a big spoonful of jajangbap with ripe kimchi or
It tastes absolutely delicious when eaten with pickled radish... haha

Depending on your preference, fried eggs or shredded cucumbers, etc.
It would be even tastier if you paired it with something!
Unfortunately, I'm too hungry today
I just ate it.
Next time, maybe tteokbokki with Ottogi solid jjajang.
I should try a variety of things like Jjajang Ramyeon.
How about Jajangbap for lunch today?
