1 teaspoon of tuna extract
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1 tablespoon of sesame salt
1 tablespoon of chopped green onion
A little salt
Salt for blanching: 1/2 tablespoon coarse salt

Preparing:
Cut off the root part of the spinach and the withered leaves
If there is, please remove it.
And please cut it into 2 to 4 pieces.
The one I bought has small leaves, so I didn't cut them.
I just used it.

Rinse the prepared spinach under running water.

Blanching spinach:
Boil water in a large pot and add a little salt.
When the water is boiling vigorously, add the prepared spinach and cook for 30 seconds
Please blanch for about 1 minute.
Once it dies, quickly pull it out.

Rinse with cold water:
Rinse the blanched spinach immediately in cold water.
If you do this, the green color of the spinach will remain vivid and
You can preserve the crunchy texture.

Removing moisture:
Please squeeze out the excess water from the spinach rinsed in cold water.
If you squeeze too hard at this point, it might get crushed, so
Please squeeze it out moderately.

Seasoning:
Minced garlic, soup soy sauce, and tuna extract to drained spinach
Add sesame oil, sesame seeds, and chopped green onions, then mix well.
Taste it, and if it is bland, please add soup soy sauce or salt.

completion:
Taste it, and if it is lacking in seasoning, add salt or
Please add a little more sesame oil to adjust the taste.
Seasoned spinach made this way can be eaten as a side dish with rice,
