First, cabbage helps with dieting.
It is known as a food ingredient.
The reason is the healthy nutrient Vitamin C,
It is rich in calcium, iron, etc.
They say it helps boost immunity and bone health.
Above all, cabbage contains a lot of dietary fiber.
Because it aids digestion and promotes smooth bowel movements
It is also an ingredient frequently sought after by those managing their diet.
Cabbage and tuna rice bowl
[ingredient]
100g cabbage
85g can of tuna
1 egg
1 tablespoon of olive oil,
1/2 tablespoon tuna extract
1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce
One bowl of rice (130g)
sesame oil
Whole sesame seeds

How to trim and wash cabbage
First, cut the cabbage in half and remove the outer layer.
And please cut it into appropriate sizes.
It's not a salad, but something to stir-fry, so a little
You should slice it thickly for a better texture.
Next, soak the cabbage briefly in water to remove impurities
Just remove it and rinse thoroughly.
Wait a minute! How to store cabbage
Cabbage wilts quickly if you remove the outer leaves.
It is difficult to store for a long time.
So put it in a plastic bag and refrigerate, or wrap it in plastic wrap.
I recommend keeping it.
However, it spoils easily even in the refrigerator vegetable compartment.
It is best to eat it as soon as possible.

Please drain the oil thoroughly from the tuna before preparing it.
Personally, I like Dongwon Tuna Light Standard.
I use it often because it is low in calories and has a light taste.

Heat a pan, add oil, and stir-fry the cabbage until it is slightly wilted.
Add 1/2 tablespoon of tuna extract and 1/2 tablespoon of oyster sauce and stir-fry.
Once the cabbage becomes translucent, add the tuna and stir-fry.

After shaping the stir-fried cabbage and tuna into a donut shape,
Crack one egg into the center, close the lid, and cook over low heat.
(Soft-boiled)

While making three more servings of cabbage and tuna rice bowls,
I couldn't put the egg in, so I fried it separately... haha

Put a bowl of rice in a bowl, and top with stir-fried cabbage and tuna.
Sprinkle with sesame oil and whole sesame seeds to finish.
(I forgot to add whole sesame seeds in the photo and sprinkled parsley instead... haha)

If you want a spicy taste, use Cheongyang peppers
I think it would be good to chop it up and add it.
Cabbage is mainly enjoyed raw, shredded in fresh salads, or
I used to lightly blanch it and eat it a lot as cabbage wraps.
From today onwards, I'll also eat Yangcham Deopbap often.
I think I'll end up eating it... haha
