hello
It's our day :)
Do you like pasta?
There are so many different types of pasta.
Linguine, spaghetti, fusillae, penne, etc…
Most of them look familiar, but today is a bit new
With rigatoni pasta
I'm going to make Bolognese pasta!
Rigatoni is a tube or cylindrical pasta.
It looks similar to penne.
With a big hole punched in the inside
It is the visual aspect.

Rigatoni has a good texture and allows you to taste the flavor of the sauce
I heard it was good, so I bought it to give it a try.
This is my first time making pasta with rigatoni.
I really enjoyed it, so I definitely wanted to share it!
The sauce is important for pasta, too.
I've tried various things, but to my taste
Fontana Bolognese sauce is the richest and
I always use it because it's delicious (not an advertisement)
It takes a long time to make ragu sauce.
Plenty of ground beef in Bolognese sauce
If you boil it, you can go to a decent pasta restaurant
It tastes better than eating... haha
Rigatoni Bolognese Pasta!
I'll introduce it to you right away 🙂

[ingredient]
1 jar of store-bought Bolognese sauce
300g ground beef
400g rigatoni pasta
2 button mushrooms
1 king oyster mushroom
1 onion
salt, pepper
(or herb salt)
1 tablespoon of basil powder
2 tablespoons of ketchup
20g butter

Please finely chop the button mushrooms.

Please cut the king oyster mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.

Please finely julienne the onion as well.

Melt the butter in a preheated pan and

Please stir-fry the beef.

The subtle scent of butter is already spreading from this moment on~

When the beef is almost cooked, the sliced
Please add the onions and stir-fry them.

Please add the mushrooms and stir-fry well.

I like mushrooms, so I added a lot of them.

When the onions and mushrooms are almost cooked
Please pour in store-bought Bolognese sauce.

Finally, fill the container halfway with water and shake it.
Please add the remaining sauce as well.

I used it all up economically... haha

Please add 2 tablespoons of ketchup and a generous amount of basil powder.
I like the scent of basil, so I spray a lot of it.
(Ketchup is optional)
Reduce the heat to low and stir occasionally.
Please boil for about 10 minutes!
Since it is a store-bought sauce, you can boil it briefly, but
The longer you boil it, the tastier it is :)

I'll boil the pasta noodles on the side while the sauce boils.
After adding 1 teaspoon of salt to boiling water
Please add the rigatoni noodles and boil them.
Please consider one serving to be 100g. 🙂

If you want it cooked al dente, please boil it for about 12 minutes.
I'm going to add the sauce and stir-fry it lightly.
It's okay if it's slightly undercooked.

boiled rigatoni pasta
I'll add it to the boiling sauce.

Please mix for 1-2 minutes so that the sauce coats the noodles.

The charm of rigatoni pasta is that it has a big hole in the inside.
The sauce goes into that space.

If it's mixed this well and tastes delicious
I put it in a pretty bowl and get ready to eat 🙂

Ta-da!
Today's dish: Rigatoni Polonaise
Pasta making finished~~
Finish with Parmesan cheese and parsley powder
The charm of rigatoni pasta is when you put it in your mouth and chew it.
Behind the chewiness of the noodles, what was inside the noodles
The sauce phut! After doing it and coming out
It is a noodle that goes well with a rich sauce.
It's filling and, with spaghetti noodles
It tastes like a different flavor.
Around the time you get tired of spaghetti noodles
Even just changing the pasta to rigatoni gives a different feel.
You can enjoy pasta :)

With a more delicious recipe
See you again^^
