Serves 2-3

300g Somen (Mulberry Noodles)

2 hard-boiled eggs

1/2 cucumber

1/4 onion

A little lettuce

[Sauce]

4 tablespoons gochujang, 2 tablespoons red pepper powder,

2 tablespoons of all-purpose soy sauce (or regular soy sauce),

1 tablespoon minced garlic, 2 tablespoons plum extract,

2 tablespoons vinegar, 1 tablespoon monk fruit (2 tablespoons regular sugar),

2 tablespoons of soda, a little sesame oil
