Doesn't a refreshing bowl of bibim naengmyeon sound appealing?

No, wait a minute!
Not just ordinary bibim naengmyeon,
Today, I will introduce a special bibim naengmyeon.

It is what Ryu Soo-young showcased on 'Pyeonseutorang'
It's marinated crab sauce bibim naengmyeon!
Why is bibim naengmyeon so delicious in the hot summer?
The chewy texture of cold noodles in the mouth,
The taste of sweet and sour seasoning, plus the crunchiness
The harmony of vegetables… Ah, my mouth is watering already!

On top of that, this time it's marinated crab seasoning?
This is bound to be delicious.
Everyone, shall we make it together now?

After loosening the cold noodles well with your hands
After adding the cold noodle strands to boiling water and cooking for 50 seconds,
Please rinse with cold water.
(If you want a chewy texture, make it a little shorter,
If you want a soft texture, about 1 minute is good.

After adding it, please mix well with the noodles.
Making Bibim Naengmyeon That Is Very Delicious Even Just Like This
It's finished... but, to upgrade the taste
There is boneless marinated crab left... haha

Can you see it?
It would probably taste good even just eaten as is :)
The super simple seasoned crab marinated in advance using Ryu Soo-young's recipe
Take it out, pull out just the crab meat, and use it as a garnish.
I will upload it.

Instead of vinegar-pickled radish wraps, sweet and sour pickled cucumbers
I julienned it and used it as a garnish.
It's super simple if you add a boiled egg.
Made with a marinated crab recipe
The bibim naengmyeon is finished.

Marinated crab is delicious whether eaten on its own or with rice, but,
If you eat crab meat on top of bibim naengmyeon
It's a real delicacy... haha

When the umami of marinated crab meets the refreshing coolness of cold noodles
It's a fantastic combination!

I don't think there's anything better than this as a summer delicacy.
Furthermore, if you prepare seasoned crab in advance, you can quickly prepare it anytime.
You can enjoy bibim naengmyeon, so it's killing two birds with one stone.
Beat the sweltering heat with this special bibim naengmyeon.
Enjoy your meal and have a happy summer!
