Perhaps because I really like salmon, I used salmon
I keep thinking about food.
This time, I tried making salmon cold udon.
Mr. Ryu Soo-young on Fun-Staurant Soy sauce Watching them make it
I got an idea and thought, "Should I try making and eating this?"
This is a dish I tried :)
Chamgancho sauce is made only with sesame oil, soy sauce, and vinegar.
It's a sauce, and it was tangy and savory, so it was delicious.
I think it would go well with salmon too.

I tried making it with this 🙂
I'll reveal the recipe right away!

[Ingredients] Serves 3
200g salmon
1 avocado
3 udon noodles
salad vegetables
Radish (optional)
[sauce]
7 tablespoons of brewed soy sauce
4 tablespoons of sugar
3 tablespoons of vinegar
2 tablespoons of sesame oil
2 tablespoons ground whole sesame seeds
1 tablespoon of mustard
1/2 tablespoon wasabi (optional)

First, let's make the sauce.
Please add soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and vinegar.
I ground the sesame seeds and added them.
If you crush or grind the sesame seeds and add them
The nutty flavor of the sesame seeds is doubled!

Finally, add the mustard and the sauce is complete.
(You can add wasabi as well... optional)

I can't believe it's this easy!

So, now I will prepare the ingredients for the cold udon.
Please cut a ripe avocado in half.

It's perfectly cooked~~
Avocados are slightly soft when you touch the outside.
It is properly ripened when it turns close to black.
If it's not cooked, it's hard to cut.

Poke the seed inside with a knife!
You can easily remove the seeds by twisting it slightly.

Please use a spoon to separate the skin from the flesh.

If you scoop it out quickly with a spoon like this

Ta-da!
It's super easy, right?

Take out the other half in the same way.

It doesn't really matter whether you slice avocados horizontally or vertically.
You can cut it into cubes according to your preference.
You can slice it thinly like I did.

After preparing the avocados like this,

For the udon noodles, just use commercially available udon noodles according to your preference.
Boil it and rinse it lightly in cold water.
After draining the water, please put it in a bowl.

1-2 tablespoons of the sauce you made earlier
Please add it so that it soaks into the noodles.

Please add various vegetables.

Please arrange the salmon neatly to one side as well.
