Without cilantro and without special sauce

A meal that feels like a vacation

It is prepared with grocery store ingredients in front of the house.

If there is no fish sauce, use canary anchovy sauce,

If cilantro is a burden, use perilla leaves or lettuce.

You can change it as much as you want.

Usually only at specialty stores

You think you're going to buy it.

Just rice, noodles, and tortilla chips at home

You can have a meal in eight countries.

Replace the unfamiliar sauce with the familiar one,

The noodles are unified into somiyeon or rice noodles,

With one sweet and sour sauce, half is complete.
