Today, to cool down the sweltering summer
I'm going to make 'Tray Makguksu'~~

The secret to the taste of makguksu is adding mustard.
It brings it to life even more.
Shall we find out how to make it together?

Presented by Mr. Ryu Soo-young, the 'Teacher Eonam' from Fun-Staurant
This recipe is really delicious.
Making Ryu Soo-young's Tray Makguksu
[ingredient]
300g buckwheat noodles, 1/2 onion,
5 lettuce leaves, 1/2 cucumber, 1/4 cabbage, seasoned seaweed
Teacher Eonam [Sauce Recipe]
3 tablespoons red pepper powder, 3 tablespoons sugar, 3 tablespoons vinegar,
5 tablespoons brewed soy sauce, 5 tablespoons water,
1/2 tablespoon minced garlic, 1 heaping tablespoon gochujang,
As big as a mustard acorn
1 tablespoon of whole sesame seeds,
Pyeonseutorang

The charm of tray makguksu is the vegetables
It's nice that I can eat a lot..
So, in addition to this Mr. Eonam recipe
They added the vegetables I wanted to eat.
First, slice the vegetables thinly.
I sliced it quickly with a vegetable slicer.

Add water to a large pot, and when it boils, add the buckwheat noodles.
Please boil for 4 minutes.

Please rinse by rubbing in cold water.
It removes starch and restores the elasticity of the noodles.

The key ingredient that brings out the flavor of Makguksu is none other than prepared mustard!
The mustard enhances the flavor of the buckwheat noodles.
It makes it deep and rich.

Now, the most important Seasoning sauce I'll try making it.
3 tablespoons red pepper powder, 3 tablespoons sugar, 3 tablespoons vinegar,
5 tablespoons brewed soy sauce, 5 tablespoons water,
1/2 tablespoon minced garlic, 1 heaping tablespoon gochujang,
Acorn-sized amount of prepared mustard, 1 heaping tablespoon of whole sesame seeds
Please add and mix well.

After thoroughly draining the water from the buckwheat noodles,
Spread some lettuce on a large plate,
The chopped cabbage, onions, carrots, and perilla leaves, too
It uploads.
After adding the boiled buckwheat noodles,
Please pour the seasoning sauce over it.

Finally, top with cucumber and seasoned seaweed.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and it's done!

It's easier to make than you thought, right?
Tray Makguksu made this way is really
Blow away the summer heat in one go
It is just as refreshing and delicious.
When I first made this dish,
It was a dish that my family gave a thumbs up to.
Actually, I've also been adding mustard for the past two years.
I made it using the recipe, but it was much tastier.
They say they put it in and make it so far.

The charm of tray buckwheat noodles is, above all else,
It is sweet, sour, and refreshing.
Cold noodles and crunchy cucumbers,
And the sweet and sour seasoning blends together
It delivers a refreshing sensation that fills your mouth.

In addition, the pungent taste of mustard is added.
It really revives your appetite, which has been dulled by the heat.

I was watching Fun-Staurant and Ryu Soo-young even makes jokbal.
I really wanted to eat it while we were eating together... haha
However, going as far as pig's trotters is too much,
Since I'm having it for lunch, just the tray buckwheat noodles.
It was enough.
And personally, regarding tray buckwheat noodles
It was also good to eat with pork belly.
Savory pork belly and refreshing
The harmony of the buckwheat noodles is truly fantastic.

This summer with Tray Makguksu
Have a refreshing and delicious time!
Alright, now put on your apron and head to the kitchen!
