Hello, this is Our Day :)~ Today, for the first time in a while, I will show you how to make a mouth-watering seasoned acorn jelly...
hello
It's our day :)
Today, for the first time in a while, something to whet the appetite
How to make seasoned acorn jelly
I'll let you know.

Making Acorn Jelly Sauce
[ingredient]
330g acorn jelly
1/2 cucumber
1/3 of a carrot
5 perilla leaves
5 lettuce leaves
[seasoning]
1 tablespoon of red pepper powder
1.5 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon of plum extract
1 tablespoon of perilla oil
A little sesame salt

It looks plump just by looking at it^^
I met my maternal family for the first time in a long while.
Acorn jelly made by my aunt herself
I brought this because you gave it to me.
It can't be compared to the commercially available version!

Soft and squishy like jelly
The bouncy texture already makes it look delicious!
Cut into bite-sized pieces.

Today, I'm using the leftover vegetables in the refrigerator.
I'm going to make a simple seasoned salad~~
I added some carrots since there were a few left in the refrigerator.
You can choose according to your preference.
First, slice the carrots into half-moon shapes.

I removed the seeds from the cucumber and sliced it into half-moon shapes.
Slice the perilla leaves and lettuce as well.

Please put all the ingredients in a large bowl.

The most important thing when making a sauce is the seasoning.
Since acorn jelly is odorless and tasteless, the seasoning of the sauce is important.
If you add too much red pepper powder, it becomes spicy,
If you put too little, it loses its flavor.
You must add an appropriate amount.
Also, the ratio of all the seasonings is important!
Because if there is too much soy sauce, it is salty, and if there is too much vinegar, it is sour.
You must get the ratio of each ingredient just right.
Today, I am not adding vinegar, and instead of sugar
I'm planning to add only plum extract.

I'll make the sauce~
1 tablespoon red pepper powder, 2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon plum extract, 1 tablespoon perilla oil,
Add a little sesame salt and mix gently.
It might get crushed if you apply too much force, so
You have to mix it modestly. Haha.

Even the perilla oil my aunt gave me, which she said she pressed herself.
I brought it home, and today's acorn jelly salad is more than ever.
Despite having little seasoning
It's a fantastic recipe :)
Here is today's golden recipe.. haha

In the end, fresh ingredients and seasoning are the recipe for success!!!
Homemade acorn jelly and perilla oil
You're the star of the day... haha

Making the seasoning for acorn jelly salad isn't as difficult as you might think.
Once seasoned, it is delicious and easy to make.
How about some delicious seasoned acorn jelly when you have no appetite? :)
