If you add cream cheese to garlic bread sauce — cheese bread cut into long strips to share
The sight of melted cheese clinging to a long slice of bread—doesn't that make you want to try making it as a weekend snack at least once? This time, instead of spreading it on bread, we are making cheese bread by starting with the dough. I have broken down the process based on the weights of the original Maeil Matna recipe. Since this recipe requires fermentation time, it is best prepared on a relaxed day at home rather than in a rushed morning. It makes two trays of approximately 22×17cm. Please adjust the fermentation and baking times while monitoring the condition of the dough. The dough is based on the weight
