One serving of white rice from a restaurant, just like at home — 10 dishes from the main to the side dishes
When you go to a restaurant that serves traditional Korean meals, everything is served on one plate. One main dish, one soup, and several side dishes. I would really like to set it up like that even in a restaurant, but in reality...
When you go to a white-banned restaurant
It comes out on one table.
One main dish, one soup, six side dishes

I want to dress like that even at home.
What should I do first when I actually want to do it?
I'm lost.
So it's something I often see at a white-pan restaurant.
I summarized ten of them.
Main net, two national soup
There are four side dishes.
Pre-prepare the side dishes for the weekend.
If you only do the main thing that day
There is a table even on weekdays.

1. Pork stir-fry
Ingredients (for 2 people):
300g of thigh meat
1/2 onion, 1/2 scallion
Seasoning:
gochujang (Korean red chili paste) 1.5T, gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes) 1.5T
Soy sauce 1.5T, sugar 1T
Alcohol 1T, minced garlic 1/2T
A little pepper
Mix the marinade with the meat
If you keep it asleep for 30 minutes, it will get slightly bloated.
Put oil on the fan
Sauté from scallions for 3 minutes.
Apply grease
This is half of the restaurant's taste.
Add the marinated meat and cook on medium heat for 8 minutes.
When it's cooked, add the onions and cook on high heat for 2 minutes.
When water forms, it becomes boiled.
If the pan is narrow, fry it in two batches.
If you put it all at once
The meat releases water before it cooks.
I always put everything in at once and stir-fry it.
I made pork ribs with broth [Experience]
2. Pork kimchi jjigae (Korean kimchi stew)
Ingredients (for 2 people):
200g pork, 300g fresh kimchi
1/2 block of tofu, 1/4 onion
Scallions, green chili pepper
Seasoning:
500ml of water, 3T of kimchi soup broth
gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes) 1T, Korean soup soy sauce 1T
[HANKKI_TERM_0000] 1T, sugar 1/2T
Shrimp paste 1/2T, doenjang 1/2T
Put oil in the pot and
First, stir-fry the meat and kimchi for 5 minutes.
Stir-frying and boiling
Just boiling it is completely different.
Pour water and kimchi soup broth
[HANKKI_TERM_0000]·[HANKKI_TERM_0001]·Add garlic and sugar
Cook it with high heat.
Half a tablespoon of sugar balances the sourness.
Put tofu and onions in
Please add 1/2 tablespoon of shrimp paste and doenjang.
If you add chopped scallions and green chili pepper at the end, it's ready.
Doenjang removes the off-putting smell and adds umami flavor.
3. Grilled mackerel
1 cleaned mackerel (for 2 people)
A little salt, 1/2T flour
cooking oil
Soak the mackerel in rice water for 10 minutes, then
Wash with running water
The smell of rancidity will definitely decrease.
Press the moisture firmly with kitchen towels.
Please completely remove it.
The remaining moisture is the cause of smoke and smell.
Sprinkle flour thinly on the skin side and
After thoroughly preparing the fans
I cook it on medium heat from the shell side.
More than half of the total time
If you bake it towards the skin and flip it over
The skin doesn't break
If you start with a hot flame
It only feels good on the outside but doesn't feel good inside.
4. Omelette
Ingredients:
4 eggs, 3T water
Chopped carrots and scallions
A little salt
If you put 3 tablespoons of water in the egg
It becomes much softer.
In low heat, the oil should be at the minimum
It starts to mature when it is 50~60% cooked.
If you say it after it's all cooked
It doesn't stick together and splits apart.

5. doenjang jjigae (Korean soybean paste stew)
Ingredients (for 2~3 people):
600ml of rice water, 1 sheet of dried kelp
1/2 block of tofu, 1/3 zucchini
1/2 onion, scallions
Seasoning:
Doenjang 2T, ssamjang 1T
gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes) 1T, minced garlic 1/2T
Add the seaweed to the rice water and boil it again.
When it boils over, you can pick up the seaweed again.
After loosening the sauce and boiling for 2~3 minutes
Zucchini·onion 2 minutes
Tofu for 1 minute
Add green onions and turn off the heat.
One spoon of ssamjang tastes like a barbecue restaurant's food.
6. bean-sprout soup
Ingredients (for 2 people):
Bean sprouts 200g, water 700ml
minced garlic 1/3T, Korean soup soy sauce 1T
Salt, scallions
Put bean sprouts in water and
Boil for 3~4 minutes.
If you open and close the lid
Because it smells like fish
Until the end as you set it up at the beginning~~
7. Soybean sprouts salad
Bean sprouts 1 pack (300g)
Salt 1/2t, chopped green onions and garlic
sesame oil 1t, clean
Boil in boiling water for 3~4 minutes
Rinse with cold water and drain the water
Seasoned with sauce
If it's one box, I eat it four times.
8. Spinach salad
1 bunch of spinach (300g)
Korean soup soy sauce 1t, garlic 1/3t
sesame oil 1t, clean
30 seconds in boiling salted water
If you pass 30 seconds
The color fades and water appears.
Rinse it with cold water immediately.
I will definitely make it and smash it.
9. Stir-fried zucchini
1 zucchini, 1/2T shrimp paste
minced garlic 1/3t, clean
Slice with a crescent moon
3 minutes of intense fire on a fan covered in oil
If you season with shrimp paste
The pumpkin doesn't soften as much.
Turn off the light when it's slightly less cooked.
It will burn up even more due to the residual heat.
10. Unliving vegetables
1/2 daikon radish (500g), 1/3 bunch scallions
Seasoning:
gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes) 3T, sugar 1T
1T vinegar, 1T anchovy liquid sauce
minced garlic 1T, salt 1t
Shave the radish and slice it with sugar and salt
First, mix it up and leave it for 5 minutes.
Do not throw away the water that comes out at this time.
First put gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes) in to color it
Then please add the remaining seasoning.
If you change the order and put vinegar first
There is no color
Vinegar is always the last.
That's how crispness lives.
The order of setting the table

The four side dishes are served once on weekends.
Boiled bean sprouts in water
If you blanch the spinach too
It ends with one pot.
On weekdays, only one main dish and one soup.
If you divide it like this
Even if you prepare it like a traditional Korean breakfast restaurant
Dinner ends in 30 minutes.
Save it and try it one by one 🍚
