2 tablespoons of cooking oil
5 tablespoons of soy sauce
4 tablespoons of rice syrup or corn syrup
200ml of water
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1 tablespoon of whole sesame seeds

First, let's prepare the burdock root.
If you lightly slide the back of the knife across it, you can do it effortlessly

5 tablespoons of dark soy sauce to stir-fried shredded burdock root
Add 1 tablespoon of seasoning (or corn syrup) and stir-fry for a while, then
Pour 1 cup of water and cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes
Please simmer it down.
Open the lid and continue stir-frying until the water boils down.
Then the color soaks in nicely too... haha

Finally, add 2 more tablespoons of corn syrup and let it sit for about 3-5 minutes.
